Around Saint Paul

Another winter shot of downtown Saint Paul Minnesota in the winter from Mounds Park, my favorite park. It overlooks the Mississippi river valley and downtown Saint Paul. This is an example of a bad photo turning into a good image. Again I used Picture Window Pro's conformal mapping feature to create this image.
